What you'll be doing
By introducing you to different parts of our business, you'll achieve a thorough understanding of the complex risk factors influencing our strategy. From financial risks such as credit and asset & liability management as well as regulatory and operational risks including, financial crime prevention, we're determined to protect our business - and the well-being of our customers
Your development
You'll participate in our Group Graduate Scheme and that means taking advantage of opportunities to build your communication, presentation and personal skills. Through your placements, you'll also cover a great deal of practical and technical training.
Your skills' profile
Over the course of the scheme, you'll develop your ability to understand and communicate complex information and to predict, analyse and optimise business performance techniques. More importantly, you'll gain the necessary skills and experience to shape the way we do business and gain professional qualifications along the way.
What you'll achieve
When you've finished your two years on the scheme, you'll be in a position to take on a senior role within Risk. Your progress after that will reflect your own ambition and career commitment, but we're certain you'll be prepared for the future.
