The culture here is one of constant change. "Teams and roles constantly alter as projects finish and others begin. There can also be a fair amount of travelling involved. I've found working away helps to create a strong team spirit – and that makes projects a lot of fun to be involved in. So far, I've organised and run risk workshops and pilot sessions, plus held regular review meetings with key stakeholders. I don't think there are many other graduate schemes where you have so much impact and influence so early on."

"In project management, you often don't know exactly what the next day holds."

Getting involved in large–scale projects from day–one. "Right now, I'm listening to the feedback from network colleagues and finding ways to communicate that. It's a close knit team, so the constantly changing workload and demands are easier to deal with. I've become a strong communicator able to deal with complex issues in a clear way and challenge my thinking. In fact, I'm on my way to taking the Prince2 qualification and managing a large team."
