The days go so quickly because we're all so busy. "I started out in Customer Insights doing research. From there I joined a dedicated cross–sales team and worked closely with different parts of the business to try and make our core products more appealing. After all, we don't want customers to stop with just one of our products. Working in communications is stimulating. For example, right now I'm working on huge campaigns that include television. There's a lot of coordination involved and all the different parts of Marketing need to communicate with each other. It's never a problem though, we all get along so well."

Right now, I work in Savings Communications as a Campaign Manager. "I have plenty of responsibility, but when I have a question, there's always support from someone more senior. Our goal is to find the best and most cost effective way to reach customers with our products. That could be TV, press, online, leaflets, posters or even a combination of them all. You could say that a lot of what I do is project management and even relationship management. It's about reaching the right people, at the right time in the most effective way possible."
