HBOS–U is our integrated approach to developing the senior leaders who will drive the success of our business. Through HBOS–U, leaders can access a wide range of options including workshops, conferences, online courses and libraries – all aligned to our Leadership Commitment. HBOS–U will broaden its audience in 2008 and, as an HBOS graduate, you'll have access to a curriculum of online and face–to–face programmes to support your development as a future HBOS leader.
