Formed just six years ago, HBOS is the result of the merger of Halifax and Bank of Scotland. Since the start, we've rapidly grown into one of the largest companies in the world with assets of over £590 billion and offices across 17 countries.
With over 74,000 employees worldwide and 22 million customers, we're also one of the fastest growing banks in the UK. Many know us as the umbrella organisation to a wide range of businesses.
